But there’s more to this diet than just a fad however, because there’s evidence that even a gluten free waffle recipe and other recipes are good for your health.

2 garlic cloves, crushed
6 tbsp. thick, creamy yogurt
Parsley, small, chopped
1-2 tsp. caster sugar
400g can chopped tomatoes
1-2 red chill, sliced and de-seeded
1 green or red pepper, de-seeded and sliced
2 sliced onions
2 tbsp. olive oil
Just like when you’re preparing gluten free phyllo dough you must follow the instructions carefully. Begin by heating the oil in a frying pan. Stir the onions in and add the chili and pepper. Keep cooking until they get soft, and then add the sugar and tomatoes.
Continue cooking until the liquid amount has been reduced. Add some seasoning. Next, get a spoon and make four pockets in the mix and add the eggs. Put a lid on the pan and cook the eggs at a low heat setting. Now you have to beat the yogurt with some garlic, and add some parsley. Get the frying pan and before serving, add some of the garlic topped yogurt.

125g gluten-free plain flour
250 ml milk
Get a bowl and pour the flour into it. Mix the flour and create a well in the middle. Get the egg, crack it and pour it into the well you made. Pour a quarter of the milk over the egg and whisk the mixture. Keep whisking until it turns into a paste and then add another quarter of milk. Continue whisking until there are no more lumps, and add the rest of the milk.
Let the mixture rest for twenty minutes. Heat a nonstick fry pan with the butter. Get the bowl with the mixture and stir a little. When the butter starts foaming, pour some of the mixture in the pan. Pour the mixture so that the base is coated and you end up with a thin layer.
Continue cooking until the layer turns golden brown then flip it over. Cook until the side is golden brown, and repeat the process until all the mixture has been used up. Remember to keep stirring between making new pancakes, and if necessary add more butter.
